Auteursrecht en recht van de producent van een databank

De sites Jeso Cards.be en Jeso Cards.com zijn zowel een werk dat door het auteursrecht wordt beschermd, als een databank waarop Jeso Cards de auteursrechten en rechten van de producent bezit. De teksten, lay-out, tekeningen, foto’s, films, grafieken en andere bestanddelen van deze sites zijn door het auteursrecht beschermd. Elke kopie, adaptatie, wijziging, vertaling, arrangement, publieke mededeling, huur of andere exploitatievorm van het geheel of een deel van deze sites, onder het even welke vorm en met om het even welke middelen, zoals elektronische, mechanische of andere middelen, is volstrekt verboden behalve ingeval van voorafgaandelijke en schriftelijke toestemming van Jeso Cards. Aansprakelijkheid voor de inhoud

Jeso Cards besteedt de grootste zorg aan het ontwerp en de instandhouding van deze site. Jeso Cards kan echter niet de juistheid garanderen van de informatie die zich op deze site bevindt. De gebruiker dient er zich van bewust te zijn dat de informatie, met name omtrent de te koop aangeboden producten en hun prijzen, zonder voorafgaandelijke kennisgeving gewijzigd kan worden. Jeso Cards kan geenszins aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor de inhoud van deze site of voor het gebruik dat ervan kan worden gemaakt. Deze disclaimer is zowel in de Nederlandse als in de Engelse taal opgesteld. Indien er enige discrepantie bestaat tussen de inhoud en uitleg van de Nederlandse en de Engelse tekst van deze disclaimer, gaat de inhoud en uitleg van de Nederlandse tekst voor.

The sites JesoCards.be and JesoCards.com both constitute a work that is protected by copyright, and a databank for which Jeso Cards owns the copyrights and producer’s rights. Brands and trademarks

The names, logos and other symbols that are used in this site, including the logo and the name of Jeso Cards, are legally protected brands and/or trademarks. Any use thereof, or of similar symbols, is absolutely forbidden without prior written approval of Jeso Cards.
